Printed Media to UAE
Printed books and media entering Dubai require a valid Media Import Permit issued under a licensed entity. Most couriers accept the shipment, collect payment, and let it fail at Dubai customs. We know this. We hold the relevant licences. We become the client’s IOR for the shipment —handling the permit, the declaration, and the clearance.
Concrete Example 2 —
Cosmetics & Nutraceuticals to UAE
This is a challenge that many freight providers don’t even realize exists. Cosmetics and nutraceuticals cannot be imported into Dubai without prior registration with the Dubai Municipality (DM). Without registration, an import permit cannot be issued – no exceptions.
The client provides the product dossier.
